She holds a degree in Economics from the University of West Florida. With more than a decade of retail leadership and entrepreneurial experience, Kalle has built and managed businesses across Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina, Kentucky, and Tennessee, developing expertise in operations, compliance, and customer experience. Her experience includes touring cultivation and manufacturing facilities across the country, collaborating with industry leaders, and staying at the forefront of emerging research and industry best practices.

Nichole Seymour brings over four years of hands-on experience in the hemp and cannabis industry, working alongside the ownership team to help build and manage successful retail operations from the ground up. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in customer service, retail management, product education, compliance, and patient-focused care.
Her passion for the plant and its therapeutic potential has fueled her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Dedicated to staying at the forefront of the evolving cannabis industry, Nichole has attended some of the nation’s leading cannabis conferences and trade shows, including MJ Unpacked, CHAMPS Trade Show, and the IgniteIT Cannabis Capital Conference. She views these events as invaluable opportunities to connect with industry leaders, explore emerging research, learn about innovative products and technologies, and gain firsthand insight into the future of medical cannabis. By actively participating in these conferences, Nichole ensures she remains informed on industry trends, patient needs, regulatory developments, and best practices, allowing her to better serve both patients and her team.
Beyond conferences, Nichole has traveled extensively to visit cannabis operations across the country. These experiences have given her a comprehensive understanding of the cannabis supply chain, from cultivation and processing to retail operations. She has also spent significant time studying and observing both recreational and medical dispensary models throughout various states, allowing her to gain valuable perspective on patient experiences, operational excellence, and evolving standards within the industry. Nichole’s educational background further strengthens her ability to connect with and educate patients. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Education and has completed coursework in nursing studies, providing her with a strong foundation in communication, learning, and patient-centered care. Her combined experience in education, healthcare studies, and cannabis operations allows her to effectively guide patients through their wellness journeys while helping them make informed decisions about their treatment options.
Denise Baumann serves as Executive Director of Marketing, Media & Brand Strategy for Cannassippi Green. Through a partnership with her consulting and branding team ( CEC ), she oversees marketing, media, and creative direction, keeping the company’s brand polished, consistent, and recognizable across its website, social media, printed materials, and patient communications.
Her approach blends creativity with a patient-first focus, making education approachable and building trust within the community. Her team stays informed on Mississippi medical cannabis legislation and evolving regulations to support responsible, compliant marketing.
